YourAccounts.Com Signs Ford Credit for EBPP

Electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) company YourAccounts.Com said that anywhere.direct, a component of its e.bill.anywhere product line, has been selected by Ford Credit to support its Internet-based billing and payment application.

Since launching the anywhere.direct solution in December, Ford Credit has posted a consumer adoption rate of over 3 percent for the electronic billing services provided by anywhere.direct, Your Accounts.com said.

Ford Credit, the largest financial services customer that YourAccounts.Com has, maintains more than 10 million customer accounts worldwide.

The first phase of the anywhere.direct implementation provides electronic billing capabilities to Ford Credit's 4.9 million retail customers. The anywhere.direct solution, a new addition to Ford Credit's existing Account Access service, enables customers to access, view and pay their account balances online.

YourAccounts.Com is the e-commerce division of Output Technology Solutions, a provider of statements and other customer communication documents. Output Technology Solutions and its affiliates process more than 130 million bills and statements every month.
